Is wearing clear aligners painful?
It’s normal to feel a little pressure for the first few days when you switch to a new set of aligners. This is a sign that the aligners are working! This discomfort is usually mild and temporary, and most patients find the experience much more comfortable than traditional braces.
How often will I need to wear my aligners?
For the best and fastest results, you should wear your aligners for 20 to 22 hours per day. The more you wear them, the more effective they will be!
